Our communities are facing serious energy challenges. East Hampton is pleased to be working with Peoples Action for Clean Energy, PACE, to bring the HeatSmart program to our residents as another set of tools to address these challenges. Whether through an energy audit or improvements to the home heating system, this is an opportunity for our households to reduce their energy use, save money, and make their homes more comfortable. Regardless of whether you own or rent your home, I urge you to take the first step and become a HeatSmart participant. The potential benefits are substantial. Together, we can make a difference and make East Hampton a healthy and forward looking place to live and work.
